There should be life before and after birth, even amid changes that are or have already occurred. Teenage pregnancy has a variety of adverse effects on teens' mental health. Pregnancy at this age causes significant physical changes in the body, which can lead to mental health issues, particularly for school-leaner children. Purpose: To explore the pregnant and parenting teenagers lived mental health experiences of pregnancy in selected secondary schools in Collin Chabane Municipality. Objective: To describe mental health challenges experienced by pregnant and parenting teenagers at Collin Chabane Municipality. To describe the proposed strategies to address mental health challenges faced by pregnant and parenting teenagers in Collin Chabane Municipality. Method: The researcher employed Qualitative research, which is exploratory and descriptive for the study, and the population of the study comprised of teenage girls who were pregnant (13-19 years old) and who were parenting their less than one-year-old infants, and live at Collin Chabane Municipality and attend the selected secondary schools. The researcher used a non-probability purposive to select the research participants. The unstructured face-to-face interview, having one central question, was used to collect data, and voice recorders were used to capture interviews. Data was analysed using the thematic analysis method. For this research, the following measures to ensure trustworthiness were considered and ensured: credibility, dependability, conformability, and transferability. Ethical consideration was ensured throughout the study.
