Qualitative approach, utilizing a case study design, was employed. The study was conducted in Mopani district. The study participants involved guardians young once living with cerebral palsy who are not adhering to the rehabilitation program available at the hospital in Mopani district. Data were collected through unstructured interviews with participants who were purposively sampled. The data was analysed using Tech’s eight steps. To protect the rights and well-being of participants, ethical considerations were adhered to throughout the study. Trustworthiness was safeguarded through credibility, dependability, conformability, and transferability.
