It must be celebrated forever. Chapter two of the Constitution is the Bill of Rights. The aim of the study is to establish whether :3uperior courts are succeeding in enforcing the South African government's obligation not to violate the right to just administrative action. Both primary data and secondary data were collected when conducting the study. !n conducting the study the researcher observed a number of ethical principles such as informed consent. The main finding of the study is that South African superior courts are succeeding in enforcing the government's obligaiion not to violate the right to just administrative action.
